This is a USB microscope camera with a smart size and excellent image and color display. It is plug and play via USB2.0 port. It features a 5MP 1/2.5-inch CCD with a 0.5X reduce lens tube, which is designed to reduce magnification and provide a larger field of view compared to our model HY-500M. (FOV is related to the microscope and CCD side, so do not expect it to be small or large based on your imagination.)

The camera is a type C USB digital camera and is capable of replacing the optical eyepiece lens, although it cannot display the same magnification or field of view. This 0.5X digital eyepiece camera is designed for easy observation and operation through a PC or laptop. It is a driver-free camera and we provide free software for it.

With the 30mm and 30.5mm adapters included, it can be compatible with most stereo microscopes or biological microscopes.
